Bible Society of Kenya took part in the 2022 Customer Service week celebration. This is an international celebration on the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers.
During the customer service week, organizations appreciate both their internal and external customers while striving towards providing exemplary customer experience to clients. This year’s customer service week theme was ‘Sustaining Customer Inclusion’
Activities were held to engage staff to appreciate each other and instil a team spirit. On the external front, a thank you video clip and e-fliers were shared on social media platforms and to customers to appreciate their support to the Society. To wrap up the week the staff shared a cake to commemorate the customer service week.
