To reach children in schools with God’s word, the Society conducted a Programme for Pastoral Instruction (PPI) training for teachers who reach schools along Thika Road on April 21st, 2023.

The training was held at CITAM Thika Road Church where 16 participants were equipped with skills to effectively share God’s word with School going children in the environs.

Another successful training was held at PCEA Berea Parish in Huruma, Eastlands. The training was attended by 37 participants from Huruma and Umoja environs some of whom already conduct PPI in neighbouring schools, while others had not been trained at all. The training was appreciated by participants in both meetings who were excited about imparting God’s word to children.

We appreciate the Government of Kenya for allowing the PPI programme to run in schools as it helps to grow the children’s faith and doctrine.
