On August 1, 2024, the Bible Society of Kenya (BSK) facilitated a comprehensive training session for 19 pastors at St. Stephen Cathedral, ACK in Kisumu. The primary objective of the training was to introduce and equip the participants in effectively utilizing the Life Essentials Study Bible as a tool for ministry.

The Life Essentials Study Bible is a distinctive resource that enhances biblical comprehension and application. Featuring the Christian Standard Version, the Bible incorporates a multi-sensory learning approach, offering 1500 biblical principles explained through Dr. Gene Getz’s expositions in text, audio, and video formats.

To foster deeper engagement, participants were divided into small groups to discuss biblical principles and their practical applications. Each group presented their key takeaways to the larger assembly.

As an added benefit, 16 participants joined the Bible Society of Kenya, Kisumu Branch, and were each presented with a complimentary Global Study Bible.
