The fourth cohort of catalysing leaders programme was launched on May 9th, 2026, with over 50 young leaders successfully joining the programme.

The six-month programme contains nine leadership modules and aims at equipping young leaders with biblical values, skills, knowledge and mentorship to become authentic, relational and transformational leaders with accountability and integrity. Throughout the training, the young leaders acquire skills, knowledge, and mentorship to become authentic, and impactful leaders.

Dr. Sospeter Gatobu, BSK Council member officially launched the session. He lauded the mentees for signing up for the programme and encouraged them to stay focused throughout the training, adding that the knowledge they will acquire will help them be change makers both now and in the future.
