To enhance the Society’s work in the Kakamega branch, a prayer breakfast meeting was held on May 29th, 2025, bringing together 78 Church leaders.

The Church leaders were taken through the Society’s programmes with a specific emphasis on the need to support the Banyala translation project. Other discussions were held including the availability of the Lukakamega/Lutirichi Bible, which is back in stock, and the publicity of BSK programmes and their implementation in Kakamega and its surroundings.

The Society was also lauded for equipping remote Churches with audio Bibles that have resulted in the growth of more Churches and increased faith in God. The meeting saw the recruitment of 12 new members into the Society.
