The purpose of the breakfast was to fellowship, connect, and share an update regarding the progress and impact of the task of Bible Translation in Kenya since the major fundraiser that was held in December 2018. This fundraiser was steered by the Kenyan Church in conjunction with political leaders.
We are grateful for the progress made over the past eight years. Eight additional full Bibles have been completed, ten more language communities have received New Testaments, and Bible translation work has begun in eight communities where no work had began. We praise God for the impact of His Word in the communities we serve.
We continue to pray that future collaborations will continue to bear fruit and that more people will receive and engage with the word of God in their heart languages.
