Catalysing Leaders is a six-month training and mentorship programme that equips young leaders with biblical values, skills, knowledge and mentorship to become authentic, relational and transformational leaders with a high level of accountability and integrity.
Throughout the training, the young leaders acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and mentorship to become authentic, and impactful leaders. The program featured renowned trainers including BSK Board Chairman Mumo Kisau, Dr. Girma Mohammed, and Dr. Joshva Raja from the British and Foreign Bible Societies among others. These seasoned leaders shared their insights and experiences, inspiring and challenging the participants to widen their thinking as they serve in their communities. The mentees were also paired up with mentors to help them navigate through the journey of leadership.
The program also held interactive group sessions that fostered critical thinking, problem-solving skills and community service activities that allowed participants to apply biblical wisdom to real-world challenges.
The General Secretary Mrs. Elizabeth Muriuki commended the graduates for their dedication and perseverance. She encouraged them to lead with courage, seek guidance from experienced leaders and get insights from the Bible.
The Catalysing Leaders programme has empowered the young leaders to lead with integrity, driven by a commitment to service and positive impact.
We thank God for this great programme and look foward to impacting more leaders in the years to come. Many thanks to our partners who made this programme a reality.
