Put on the Whole Armor of God

In a world filled with constant distractions and internal anxieties, it often feels like we are fighting an uphill battle just to keep our peace.

Ephesians 6:11 reminds us that our struggles are not just physical or emotional; they are spiritual. The “wiles of the devil” often manifest as subtle whispers of doubt designed to erode our faith over time.

This verse commands us to “put on the whole armor of God,” implying an active, daily preparation. Meaning that we don’t rely on our own willpower or intellect to get by; we actively clothe ourselves in divine protection.

This means anchoring our minds in truth, guarding our hearts with righteousness, and grounding our steps in the peace that comes from a secure relationship with God.

Ultimately, the goal of this spiritual armor is to enable us to stand. When you are covered by God’s strength, you are assured of stability.
